This is a version of a salad that is served in a Restaurant in Caracas, where I live. It’s adapted to what you can do at home. The most difficult part is caramelizing some pineapple, but that’s not really difficult but a bit time consuming. On the other hand you can eat the caramelized pineapple alone or mix it with some yogurt for a treat, so it’s totally worth it.
